I will send you the login details and Invite to Zoom.
We have the full functionality of Zoom for Business including break out rooms, screen sharing, white boarding etc. 
I will also send out some guidelines on how we can best work together so that everyone gets the results they want from the day.

If everyone is comfortable we have the option to record each session so that you have a personal copy to use after the Mastermind.

How the day Works

8.30 am Breakfast Start:

We'll grab an early start - bring your coffee and danish, and we'll take the opportunity to chat and network and get to know each other over breakfast.

9.15 am Collaboration, Clarity and Brainstorming

We’re going to focus down with a 1 hour Situation Analysis session to identify what are the main issues for you in your business today.
We'll then have time to do a round robin and address specific challenges,  collaborating to get you clarity and results, before breaking for lunch at 12.30 pm

1.30 pm Action Planning: Income, Cash Flow and Solution Blueprint
We dig deep into the financials, looking at budgets, cash flow, Income (low hanging Fruit, New opportunities, Pivoting and more).

We apply what's appropriate -  scenario planning, solution brainstorming, war room strategies etc. to help you identify actions you are willing to implement.

After a coffee break (3.15 to 3.45 pm approx) we work together to create solution Blueprints and Action Plans based on your findings and decisions made during the sessions.

5.30 pm Close

We'll aim to finish around 5.30 pm.

Optional Bonus Session

If you have a burning desire for more you can come back at 7 pm for the optional Open Session where we can go further into topics you feel are unresolved for you and your business.
This session ends at 9 pm.
