What Has been My Lesson of the Week?

Be the Joy, the Love, the Abundance that you seek – Be the version of Yourself Who Already has it!

I am covering one topic this week, as it applies to life and business.

Lessons of the Week:

1 – Life Lesson – "Be the Joy, the Love, the Abundance that you seek."

I hope you’re all enjoying a little downtime and soaking in some good vibes. Today, I want to talk about a powerful mindset shift: "Be the Joy, the Love, the Abundance that you seek."

It’s about stepping into the version of yourself who already has everything you’re striving for. Sounds pretty amazing, right?

I am learning that if I don’t do this I struggle to stay motivated and do the necessary steps, especially the uncomfortable ones, it takes to get results. It’s a version of ‘Be the change’. Be it first. Embody it first.

When we embody the qualities we desire—like joy, love, and abundance—we start attracting those very things into our lives. It’s like flipping a switch that lights up your world and your physiology!

So, how can we make this work for us?

Let’s break it down into two parts: personal life and business.

5 Practical Ways to Incorporate This Into Your Life

1. Start a Gratitude Journal

· I’ve spoken about this before and it works for me!
Each morning or evening, write down three things you’re grateful for. It could be as simple as a warm cup of coffee or a kind word from a friend.
This practice shifts your focus from what’s missing to what’s already abundant in your life. You’ll be amazed at how this small habit can boost your mood!

2. Visualise Your Ideal Self

· This one is massively important!
Take a few moments each day to visualise yourself as the person who already has what you desire—whether it’s confidence, love, or success.
Picture how you would feel and act in that state. Sit in the feeling of it as if it is already you.
This mental exercise can make a huge difference, especially when you embody the vision. It will help align your actions with your goals.

3. Practice Random Acts of Kindness

· Focusing on serving outside of ourselves brings unexpected rewards.
Make it a point to do something nice for someone else, whether it’s complimenting a stranger or helping a friend in need. Spreading kindness not only uplifts others but also fills your own heart with joy.

4. Surround Yourself with Positivity

· Make this one your homework – It’s the big change I am making this week.
Curate your environment by surrounding yourself with positive people, uplifting music, and inspiring books or podcasts. When you fill your space with positivity, you naturally start to embody those joyful qualities.

5. Engage in Self-Care

· And this is nothing new – but are you doing it?
Prioritise activities that nurture your mind, body, and soul—be it yoga, meditation, or simply taking a long walk in nature. When you take care of yourself, you radiate love and abundance from within.

5 Practical Ways to Incorporate This into Your Business

1. Set Intentions for Your Business

· At the start of each week, set clear intentions for what you want to achieve—not just in terms of profits but also in how you want to show up for your clients and team. This helps align your actions with your values. Take a moment to visualise and step in to each intention as if it is done.

2. Offer Value First

· Consider providing free resources or workshops that genuinely help your audience. Whether it’s a helpful blog post or a free consultation, giving value upfront builds trust and sets the tone for meaningful relationships. Remember the balance though, and be willing to receive.

3. Celebrate Small Wins

· Take time to celebrate even the smallest achievements in your business—whether it’s landing a new client or finishing a project. Acknowledging these wins fosters a positive atmosphere and keeps motivation high. Celebrating also trains your unconscious mind to look for ways to repeat the win.

4. Create a Positive Work Culture

· If you have a team, focus on building an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Encourage open communication and collaboration; this not only boosts morale but also enhances productivity. Having folks who are invested in your results can change everything for you, so be open and share your vision.

5. Connect Authentically with Your Audience

· Share your journey—both ups and downs—with your audience on social media or through newsletters. Authenticity resonates with people and helps build deeper connections.
And remember to celebrate and engage your audience. It’s ultimately about them.

By incorporating these practices into both your personal life and business, you're not just enhancing your own experience; you're creating an environment that attracts joy and abundance all around you. Remember, as you embody these qualities, you'll inspire others to do the same!
